Our Story

Handcrafted treasures, world-class Geisha coffee, and traditions woven by hand, each piece with a story and the people behind it.

From the heart of Panama to your door.

Born in the barrio. Made by hand.

Flor del Barrio means “flower of the neighborhood,” and that is where our story begins: with the people, places and traditions that make Panama unforgettable.

We bring you authentic Panamanian craftsmanship, from hand-woven hats and leather goods to Kuna art, cutarras and finely tailored white shirts. Every piece is made by skilled artisans who have honed their craft over generations.

And then there’s the coffee. Grown in Panama’s highlands, our Geisha is among the most celebrated in the world: floral, delicate and unforgettable in the cup.

We’re not a faceless store. We work directly with the makers, pay them fairly, and share their stories with you, so what you bring home carries a little of Panama with it.
